Our client is actively looking to recruit a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, based in their London office.
Providing front end cost planning and procurement advice on a variety of projects ranging from £1m to £300m; preparation of contract documents, tender evaluation, financial reporting and project close-out.
We seek candidates who can demonstrate enthusiasm, a flexible and open mind and an innovative approach to problem solving. Experience should have been gained in private practice or construction management and candidates will need to demonstrate a good understanding of engineering economics and be IT literate. Knowledge of whole life cost techniques would be an advantage.
Candidates must be educated to degree level.
